I payed my subscription and the app doesnt recognize it. I contact the support many times, without any answer!!

I love this app. Im a therapist to a handicapped young woman and she loves these books. There have been no new books added this year. That is my only complaint. I would like to think, after paying so much, that the developers would add new books. Its almost like they forgot about the app.

This app is horrible along with its customer support staff. I paid for the annual subscription and when I went into the book selection it said I needed to subscribe. Days later they deducted the fees from my account. I tried re-loading the app and it continued to do the same thing. NO BOOKS! I contacted customer support and they sent an email back stating they were working on the issue and I should visit their website to search other apps. What a joke! They never refunded the fees or fixed my app. So please dont waste your money with these thieves.

Great books and great app, when it was working. It no longer works on any IOS devices. Rtying to contact developers for a possible fix. Tried to pay for a subscription again. Money was taken, but app stil does not work. Wait with your purhcase or try it and demand refund in case it will not work for you also.

Ive been having issues restoring my subscription to my sons new iPad for several months now. Ive emailed the company several times and they dont seem to care beyond the automated message letting me know that they have received my message.

Downloaded & paid for a monthly subscription. The app never gave me access to the books. Emailed company, because they have no number, got an automated response, but never any follow up. Not pleased. Dont waste your time!

Wonderful books with interactive pages, HOWEVER...the books are mislabelled "free". When you download a "free" book, it becomes inaccessible after a few days, with the subscription cost to continue accessing it. Theres no indicator that the "free" books are for a trial period only. And since some other childrens book apps really do have free promotional books, it was quite a disappointing surprise to my pre-schooler that she cannot play with all her books anymore. Perhaps that is PlayTales agenda: hook the child, then use their disappointment to convince parents to pay. Poor form PlayTales.

I think this app is really good. I like it very much. It is awesome! It is the best app with books!

Im a school librarian and I was very interested in this app, I was even willing to pay for the gold membership even if its offered free for schools and libraries. Unfortunetely since I havent heard anything from Playtales for over 6 weeks, even after sending a few e-mails, understandably, my interest has somewhat vanished. It is sad because the app has enormous potential but the absence of customer support makes me not want to give them my credit card number.

Love this app. My daughter looks forward to listening and interacting with the stories when its bedtime. Worth the money as it allows authors to publish their books. A+++

This is very good app for kids age 4 and higher. Smaller kids need to use Guided Access, which this app doesnt support very well. There are many issues. Also some books crashes regularly. I also wish they could use better voices to narrate these books.

Now the app opens again but Ive lost all the tales I had downloaded and I can download only in one language (Italian) and no longer in French and English or other languages. Please fix it!

It has a serious bug with the language selection. And a serious problem with the people behind it as they never respond to emails. I paid a 6 months subscription to find out there is a problem with the language selection. No books in other than english. Language drop down menu not working. I only subscribed in order for my kids to read stories in french. Its a rip off at this moment cause I paid $10 and Im not using it because of the bug and nobody would answer the emails.

8months ago I subscribed for 6months to this application for 20$, after 2 months the app stopped working, shuts down after opening. Then 6 months later, the app charges my card for an another 6 months and it still doesnt work.

Playtales Gold have so many books that are entertains and encourages kids to read. My kids enjoy the books very much!

My apple if my eye my grandson loves this app. Gets iPhone at bedtime let read to me put him to sleep.

A great range of book selections, and my toddlers love them. Lots of fun in one app!
